The Doctor’s patience

The record company I worked for made an
album with Johnny Winter and Dr. John,
and I took my friend Peter along to the
video recording of the gig.

When we met Dr. John backstage
my friend went straight up to him and
asked why he called himself “Doctor”
and the good Doctor looked like he
needed some very strong medicine.
